Shipping and Delivery Policy :

We calculate shipping charges based on the weight, volume, and delivery zone of the order. These charges are clearly communicated to the customer before the order is dispatched. Orders within the same city are usually processed and dispatched on the same day, depending on stock availability and confirmation. For deliveries outside the city, please allow 5 to 7 working days to deliver your product .  We work with trusted courier partners to ensure that your orders reach you safely and on time. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or email so you can monitor the delivery status. While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service disruptions. We currently offer delivery across India, and in the case of remote or non-serviceable areas, our team will contact you to explore alternate delivery options.
