Terms and condition

•  Branding we charge 2200rs total ( branding on box and complete things like pan book bottle evreytghing needs to be added no manufacturer details will be added on branding  ( any number of boxes if its 50 , 100 , 500 boxes any number of boxes we charge 2200 rs for branding on complete kits ( 75 % advance payment rest payment before delivery and delivery charges needs to pay by the client.

• same for candles ( 75 % amount will be )  advanced rest before delivery and delivery charges needs to be pay by the   customer.

• Pickup option is available within Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. For deliveries, we use trusted services like Porter and Uber only.

• Once the order is placed and confirmed, color changes can be made only if the order is not yet prepared. Cancellations are not available after confirmation.With Veloura, you can place fully customized orders – from color to fragrance, everything is tailored to your preference.

• For orders outside the local city, delivery charges will be shared with you before dispatch. The charges depend on the weight of the package
